1. Visa Application Form

• Complete online visa registration

• Print out the filled visa form

• Sign the printed form before submission

2. Passport

• Original Passport with at least 6 months’ validity

• Include Old Passport(s), if available

3. Photographs

• Two (2) recent passport-size photos

  • White background

  • Face should cover 60% to 80% of the photo

  • No borders

  • Recent and not used for any previous visa

4. Company Documents (Indian Company)

• Company ID card copy

• Covering letter from Indian company

  • On company letterhead

  • Addressed to:
    Visa Officer, Taipei Economic and Cultural Center, Chennai

  • Must mention:

    • Applicant’s designation

    • Purpose of visit

    • Duration and tentative dates of stay

    • If applying for multiple-entry visa, mention that clearly

• Company registration certificate or Import-Export License (issued by Govt. of India)

• Company Income Tax Returns (ITR) – last 3 years

• Personal ITR – last 3 years

• Bank letter from bank manager (both personal and company accounts)

  • Addressed to:

  • Must state that the applicant/company maintains an account with the bank

  • Include account balance details

5. Documents from Taiwan Inviting Company

• Invitation Letter from the Taiwan-based company

  • Must include:

    • Applicant’s full name

    • Purpose of visit

    • Contact details of the inviter in Taiwan

6. Additional Documents

• Confirmed round-trip air tickets

• Hotel booking confirmation in Taiwan

• Contact person details in Taiwan

7. Special Cases

• If passport is issued in a jurisdiction different from the company’s location:

  • Provide a company letter mentioning the residential address

  • Include rental agreement or any valid address proof
