1. Photographs (3 Copies)
- One digital photo (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, white background, no spectacles, 80% face close-up).
- Two printed photos (same specifications).
2. Passport & History
- Original Passport (Min 6 months validity, 2 blank pages).
- Attach any old passports, if available.
- Downloaded e-Aadhaar Copy.
3. Financial Proof (Key Requirement)
- Personal bank statement for the last 6 months.
- Must be signed and sealed by the bank.
- Minimum balance: ₹2,00,000 (Two Lakhs INR).
- Name must be exactly as it appears in the Passport.
