Mandatory D-9 / E-7 Visa Requirements
1. Applicant Core Documents
- Original Passport (minimum 6 months validity). Old Passports also required, if applicable.
- Visa Application Form (duly completed).
- Two Photographs (35x45 mm, white background, glossy finish, 80% face coverage).
- Applicant Covering Letter addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of South Korea, Chennai. Must include Korean address and contact details.
- 6 Months Bank Statement (Original copy with bank seal and signature).
2. Korean Host/Employer Documentation
- Mandatory: Visa Issuance Number
This number must be obtained first by the sponsoring company or organization in Korea from the Ministry of Justice / Immigration Office.
- Medical - TB Test (Health Certificate Form).
- Additional documents specific to D-9 or E-7 category will be required as directed by the Korean host company based on the Visa Issuance Number application.
