   We have no role in the decision-making process of any Embassy, High Commission, or Consulate. The approval or refusal of a visa is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy/Consulate.

2. No Promises or Guarantees
   At no point have our staff promised or guaranteed visa approval. Our role is strictly limited to assisting applicants with documentation and application submission.

3. Additional Documentation
   Embassies/High Commissions/Consulates reserve the right to request additional documentation at their discretion. Applicants are advised to refer to the official Embassy or VFS website for the latest requirements.

4. Processing Time & Delays
   Trawellday Tours & Travels is not liable for delays in visa processing or for the final decision made by the authorities. In case of delays, applicants are responsible for rescheduling their travel arrangements.

5. Fees & Charges
   Visa fees and our service charges are non-refundable, irrespective of the outcome of the application.

6. Right to Refuse
   Embassies/Consulates reserve the right to refuse a visa without providing any reason.
