 UK Visa Checklist (Tourist/Business Visa - Standard Visitor Visa)

 Personal Documents

• Valid Passport (Must be valid for at least 6 months and have at least one blank page)

• Old Passports (If applicable)

• 2 Recent Passport-size Photographs (35mm x 45mm, white background, 70–80% face coverage)

• Covering Letter (On personal or company letterhead, mentioning purpose of visit, travel dates, and applicant details)

 Financial Documents

For Salaried Individuals:

• Salary Slips (Last 3 months)

• Bank Statement (Last 6 months, original with bank seal & sign)

• Leave Letter from Employer (On company letterhead, stamped and signed)

• Form 16 / ITRs (Last 2 years)

For Self-Employed/Business Owners:

• Company Registration Certificate (GST / MSME / Shops & Establishment)

• Company & Personal Bank Statements (Last 6 months, original with seal & sign)

• Income Tax Returns (Last 2 years)

• Business Covering Letter (Mentioning purpose of visit and travel dates)

 Travel Documents

• Confirmed Flight Itinerary

• Hotel Booking / Accommodation Proof

• Day-by-Day Travel Plan / Itinerary

• Travel Insurance (Recommended, covering the UK trip duration)

 Invitation Letter (if applicable)

• From UK Sponsor / Company

• Should mention full name, address, passport number of visitor

• Relationship to the applicant

• Signed copy of UK passport or BRP (Biometric Residence Permit) of the invitee

 Additional Documents (if applicable)

• Marriage Certificate (if spouse is traveling)

• Child's Birth Certificate (if child is accompanying)

• School Leave Letter (for students)
