UNITED KINGDOM VISA DOCUMENTATION CHECKLIST

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS:

1. Original passport ( 6 months validity from the date of return )
2. Old Passports (if any)
3. Application Form ( Information sheet ) to be duly filled & Signed by the individual applicant (forms will filed by us)
4. Covering letter to the consulates (we will share the format once the visa process starts)
5. Updated Bank statement for last six months with seal and signature from the bank with healthy balance as per the tour cost.
6. I.T. Returns for last three years
7. Financial Documents for supporting the application (Fixed Deposits - Mutual funds or any other Investments – property documents - Latest Tax paid receipt or Sale Deed copies)
8. Rental Agreements

IF EMPLOYED:

1. Appointment order or Employee ID
2. Salary slips for last three months
3. Leave sanctioned letter mentioning the purpose of leave & Dates

(Leave letter should contain the passenger’s name, since when you’re working, designation, correct tour dates with authorized signatories name and designation to be mentioned)

IF BUSINESSMEN:

1. Covering letter to the consulates on Business letter head ( format will share with you once the visa process starts)
2. Certificate of Registration or GST copy
3. Renewal slip of Registration(if applicable)
4. Partnership Deed if Partnership Firm
5. Company Current Account last 6 months bank statement with seal and signature (If it’s an Over Draft account a copy of the OD sanction letter to be enclosed)
6. Company I.T. Returns for last 3 years

IF RETIRED:

1. Retirement Letter
2. Pension proof (if any)

IF GOVT EMPLOYEE:

1. NOC from Government on letter head
2. Leave letter (Leave letter should contain the passenger’s name, since when

you’re working, designation, correct tour dates with authorized signatories name and designation to be mentioned)

IF STUDENT:

1. Bonafied Certificate
2. Leave letter from the Institution (During Working Days)
3. ID card copy with Holiday Circular (on leave days)

HONEYMOON COUPLE:

• Marriage Certificate (If spouse name is not endorsed in either of the passports)
• If Not married–Wedding Invitation
• NOC from Bride’s parents with signature ID proof - To be typed on a Rs. 100 Stamp paper and notarized

IF CHILD TRAVELING WITHOUT PARENTS:

1. NOC from parents in Rs.100 stamp paper duly attested by Notary Public.
3. Passport copy of parents same applicable if not travelling with spouse

IF SPOUSE EXPIRED / DIVORCED/TRAVELLING ALONE

• Death Certificate
• Divorce Papers
• NOC from Spouse (If Wife travelling alone, to be notarized)---(To be typed on Rs. 100 Stamp paper)

NOTE:  

• United Kingdom visa processing time – 35 to 40 working days
• United Kingdom Visa process is complete Biometric Test; hence please make sure that there are no Mehendies, Tattoos and any scars on the Hands/Palms at the time of Bio Metric.
• Also Note that you may go for personal interview for your own expense if Consulate/Embassy required.
• Grant of visa & validity is purely Consulate/Embassy decision.
• Consulate/Embassy may ask additional documents if they require after submitting the application.
