COVID test report 120 Hrs prior to departure should be submitted to the Embassy.
I. Passengers who are to fly to China are required to take nucleic acid tests for the Covid-19 at institutions recognized by Chinese Embassy as well as the Indian Council of Medical Research (listed on Chinese Embassy Website )within 120 hours before boarding
II. Please fill in the Health Declaration Form and present the Covid-19 negative certificates to Chinese Embassy via E-mail(E-mail Adress: healthdeclarationformindia@gmail.com)
Chinese Embassy will email back the Health Declaration Form with its official seal on it after verification of the report of the nucleic acid testing done by the authorized labs concerned
III. Airlines are responsible for checking certified Health Declaration Forms of their passengers. Passengers who do not meet the above requirements will not be allowed on board
IV. Passengers who provide false certificates or information shall bear corresponding legal liabilities.
