Germany Tourist Visa Check List
- Original passport valid at least for 06 months beyond your return date + Old Passport if Avl
- 02 Colour photo, 35mm x 45mm , white background, 80% face ( should be seen with matt finish... please do not use any photo previously used for any visa )
- Filled submitted application form
- Covering letter on A4 size paper name and passport info of applicants , purpose of traveling, travel dates and who will borne all expenses during the trip
- Leave approval letter on company letterhead with wet stamp on it
- Personal Original Bank Statement of the applicant for last 06 months It should be updated till most current date at time of application along with bank seal, with a healthy balance

- 3 Year IT Returns
- 03 Months Pay Slip
- Travel Insurance for a minimum coverage value of usd 50,000 each
- Application Form ( Application form(link below ) & declaration forms (attached as PDFs) duly signed )
- Valid passport (issued within the last 10 years and with at least 6 months validity after the scheduled return;and passports with observations regarding the front data page cannot be accepted) passport must have at least two empty pages ,Any older Passport please just carry for them to check.
- 1 copy of your passport’s data page (A4 size copy)..(1st and last pages)
- Travel health insurance .. minimum coverage should be USD 50, 0000
- Company covering letter with entire travel plan (itinerary / agenda )
- Invitation letter from the business partner in Germany in English or German For consultancy services: please provide a confirmation letter from the German client,
- Flight reservation, rail tickets, others
- Proof of accommodation for your entire stay in the Schengen area
- Certificate of Incorporation of the company
- Company Income Tax Return (ITR) form 3 years
- Company bank statement of the past six months, stating the drawing power/credit limit
- Personal Financials
- If employed: Payslips of the past three months
- If self-employed: Certificate of Proprietorship or other proof of ownership (proof of land title, proof of income from agriculture (sales form) etc.)
- Personal bank statement of the past six months with sufficient funds
- Income Tax Return (ITR) form 3 years
- Proof of civil status: Marriage certificate, birth certificate of children,

Pls note - Applicant travelling first time to Schengen countries need to appear personally for Bio metrics ( 5 Year Validity ) ,Persons Travelled after 02 Nov 2015 , No need Bio metrics,We can Apply for them,
