Taiwan Tourist Visa Requirements:-

1. Visa application form (printed from online)

Taiwan Business Visa Requirement:-

1. Original Passport ( Old Passport If Avl )
2.  2 Photos( passport size, white background, 60% to 80%face visibility and without border)
3. Online Visa Registration(print out the filled Visa form and sign on it.)
4. Taiwan’s invitor’s invitation.(stating the purpose and applicant’s name and other details)
5. Indian Company cover letter mentioning purpose of visit, designation of the visitor, and the intended duration and days of stay (if applicants require multiple-entry visa, tentative traveling date should be mentioned and should be introduced to 'Taipei Economic and Cultural Center New Delhi').
6. Indian Company’s registration and certificate issued by the India government.
7. Indian Company’s bank statement for 3 months with Original bank stamp and ITR for 3 years.
8. Proof of Transaction, e.g. LC/remittance receipts/business correspondence between trading parties, if any.
9. Applicant’s personal salary account statement for 3 months with Original bank stamp and seal.

NB:TAIWAN'S PERSONAL ID AND TAIWAN'S COMPANY'S REGISTRATION ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR BUSINESS VISA.

Taiwan Dependent Visa Requirements:-

1. Original Passport ( Old Passport If Avl )
2. 2 Photos( passport size, white background, 60% to 80% face visibility and without border)

4. Working permit issued by Council of Labor Affairs or ARC photocopy of the concerned person in Taiwan. The employment duration should be more than 6 months.
5. Photocopy of attested relation proof.
6.  Photocopy of attested heath check and Form B
7. Photocopy of the spouse or parent who has ARC or Work permit in Taiwan.
8. Covering letter (Mention applicant name,passport no., purpose and duration of visit duly signed by applicant and should be introduced to 'Taipei Economic and Cultural Center New Delhi')

VISITOR VISA FOR JOINING FAMILY

1. Visa application form (printed from online)
2. Both old and new passport in original
3. Passport valid for at least another six months from the intended date of entry into Taiwan

5.  Invitation letter from Taiwan (Such letters should be brought to the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in Chennai as part of the application materials. Do not fax or send them to TECC in Chennai)
6. Work proof of the family member who works in Taiwan
7. Proof of relative/ friend’s residence in Taiwan, e.g. English copy of Taiwan’s household registration, or Alien Residence Certificate/ Alien Permanent Residence Certificate (ARC/APRC); which should be valid for more than six months
8. Health certificate/ vaccination certificate attested by the  Ministry of External Affairs in India and authenticated by the TECC in Chennai - OPTIONAL
9. Marriage certificate attested by the  Ministry of External Affairs in India  and authenticated by the TECC in Chennai - OPTIONAL

Taiwan Work Visa Chennai Submission Know More

Taiwan Seamen Visa Requirements:-

1. Passport original  ( Old Passport If Avl )

Amend Online Application for R.O.C. (Taiwan) Travel Authorization Certificate (Applicable to citizens of India, Indonesia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos)
To be eligible for an ROC Travel Authorization Certificate, the following conditions must be met:
1.    The applicant’s passport must have remaining validity of at least six months starting from the date of arrival in Taiwan.
2.    The applicant must possess an onward/return air or ferry ticket.
3.    The applicant has never been employed as a blue-collar worker in Taiwan.

In addition, the applicant must possess at least one of the following documents issued by Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, any of the Schengen countries, the United Kingdom, or the United States:
1.     Valid resident or permanent resident card
2.     Valid entry visa (may be electronic visa)
3.      Resident card or visa that has expired less than 10 years prior to the date of arrival in Taiwan

Notes
  
1.     Nationals of Indonesia who possess a valid Japan Visa Waiver Registration are eligible for an ROC Travel Authorization Certificate.
2.     The visas in the aforementioned list of required documents do not include work permits.
3.     Online applications can only be made by persons holding valid regular passports. Persons holding temporary, emergency, or informal passports, or travel documents  other than a passport, cannot submit online applications.
4.     If any mistake is made during the online application process, the applicant may submit a new application.
5.    Once the application has been approved, the applicant is kindly requested to print out the ROC Travel Authorization Certificate. The applicant must present the certificate and the required documents for inspection when entering Taiwan. Entry will be denied if the required documents are not produced.
6.     An approved ROC Travel Authorization Certificate is valid for 90 days. Multiple entries within these 90 days are allowed. The holder of an ROC Travel Authorization Certificate may stay in Taiwan for 30 days, starting from the day after arrival. If the holder wishes to apply for another ROC Travel Authorization Certificate, he or she must do so seven days prior to the expiry of the current certificate.

7. Passengers are required to first obtain a permit for visa-exempt entry through Advance Online Registration System, a website hosted by Taiwan’s National Immigration Agency (NIA). Please log into
https://niaspeedy.immigration.gov.tw/nia_southeast  to apply for this permit. Normally, the process of clearance by NIA is instant at the same time the applicant submit an application on line, and a permit (officially referred to as an authorization certificate) can be printed out within minutes. This authorization certificate shall enable the traveler to enter Taiwan visa-exempt.

Please note that passport holders who used to be employed in Taiwan as blue-collar workers will not be eligible for visa-exempt entry into Taiwan.
