9. Invitation letter from husband requesting embassy to provide Dependent Visa for wife & child
10. Last 6 months bank statement or Last 2 years IT return (Spouse) With seal and signature
11. A Certificate of Inviter's Employment ( color and Clear Copy ) and a Certificate of tax Payment ( If an inviter is a Spouse )
12. Medical report on TB test For those staying more than 90 days, Under 6 years of age are not required.

Requirements :

1. Application Form,

3. Two Photograph (Size) 35x45 mm white back ground glossy finish 80% face image,
4. Original invitation letter from the invitor
5. Guarantee letter from invitor ( Must be signed and sealed )
6. Inviter's Passport Copy and Alien Registration card copy
7. Relationship proof ( Marriage / Birth certificate Etc..)
   
8. Covering letter from applicant should be address TO,THE VISA OFFICER,EMBASSY OF SOUTH KOREA CHENNAI,
9. Employment certificate(Indian company) or Bonafied certificate of school for student.
10. Personal bank statement 06 Months with bank seal and signature with sufficient funds

12. Confirmed flight ticket (both departure and arrival)

  The mission will issue a'Visa Grant Notice' to the person who has been issued a visa (visa). Foreigners with valid visas can access the “Korea Visa Portal ( www.visa.go.kr )” anytime, anywhere , enter their passport number and date of birth, and print out a visa issuance confirmation. This document can be used to prove that you have a valid Korean visa.
