Morocco Tourist Visa – Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Visa Application Form – Must be duly typewritten. Applicant’s phone number & email ID are mandatory, even if the application is submitted by an agent.
2. Original Passport – Valid for at least 3 months from the date of submission with at least 1 blank page. A copy of the first and last page is also required.
3. Photographs – 2 recent passport-size photos (4 x 3 cm, white background) clearly showing facial features.
4. Covering Letter – Original, issued by the applicant with profession details.
5. Hotel Booking – From an authorized travel agency OR a recommendation from the Ministry of Tourism / Moroccan National Tourist Office.
• For family visits: Invitation letter duly legalized (with Apostille or Ministry of Foreign Affairs stamp), along with a warranty of support for medical care and possible repatriation.
6. Confirmed Flight Tickets.
7. Bank Statement – Original, updated for the last 3 months, duly stamped and signed by the bank.
8. Travel Insurance.
9. Birth Certificate Copy.
10. Photocopy of PAN or Aadhar Card.

Proof of Occupation (to be submitted in Original):

• Salaried Employees – NOC or Leave Sanction Letter on company letterhead, duly signed and stamped by an authorized signatory.
• Self-Employed Applicants – Proof of ownership of business and covering letter on company letterhead.
• Students – Letter from educational institution confirming bonafide student status, signed and stamped by the authorized signatory.

Sponsorship Cases:

• If the applicant is sponsored, their personal bank statement is not required.
• Instead, the following documents from the sponsor must be submitted:
• Original Bank Statement of the sponsor (last 3 months, signed & stamped by the bank).
• Sponsorship Letter stating that the sponsor will bear the applicant’s expenses.
• Proof of Occupation of the sponsor (same format as above).

Morocco Business Visa

 

Requirements

• Visa Application Form duly typewritten. Applicant’s phone number & email ID are mandatory, even if the application is submitted by an agent.

• Original Passport with at least 3 months validity from the date of submission and at least 1 blank page. (Copy of the first and last page of the passport is also required.)

• 02 Passport-size Photos (4 x 3 cm, white background, recent, and clearly showing facial features).

• Original Covering Letter from the company or the applicant.

• Original Invitation Letter from a Moroccan company.

  • The invitation must be legalized by local authorities in Morocco and attested by the Bureau of Legalization, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Morocco), or certified Apostille.

• Electronic Flight Tickets (confirmed itinerary).

• Copy of Birth Certificate.

• Original Updated Bank Statement for the last 3 months, duly signed and stamped by the bank.

• Salary Slips for the last 3 months (original).

• Photocopy of PAN or Aadhar Card.

Proof of Occupation (Original Documents Required)

 If sponsored: The applicant’s personal bank statement is not required. Instead, the sponsor’s original bank statement, a sponsorship letter confirming expenses will be borne by the sponsor, and the sponsor’s occupation proof (as above) are mandatory.

Additional Documents for One-Year Business Visa

1. Original Letter of Authorization from the Chamber of Commerce in India.

2. Original Notarized Certificate of Incorporation of the applicant’s company.

3. Income Tax Returns of the last 3 years.
