TurkeyTourist Visa Requirements :
- Visa Application Form (it should be filled manually by blue or black ink in block letters )
- Original Passport Valid for At least 6 months
- Covering letter on company letterhead with company introduction in detail, designation of pax, purpose of travelling, travel dates and who will borne all expenses during the trip along with Higher Signatory Authority name and Designation should mention below along with original company seal with mention Day by Day Schedule.
- Indian company registration copy required and we have to do Notary Mantralaya and Home Department on that copy as per the Turkey consulate rules [If Company Owner is travelling] for proprietor, and Director firm for Partnership firm we need company registration copy and partnership deeds copy and we have to do notary n Mantralaya on both.
- Original Personal and Company Bank Statement for last 06 months till dated with bank seal and sign every page if working salary should be reflecting on his bank statement Minimum balance should be above 1 lack.
- Original salary slip for last three months of pax along with original company seal on salary slips if (EMPLOYED).
- Personal IT paper last 3 year
- 02 Colour photo 2.5 by 2.5 inch white background 80% face should be seen
- Final Covid Certificate of both dose.
- For Minors applications: Covering letter from both the parents is needed if minor is travelling alone. Parents passport photocopy needs to be attached. Consent letter from both parents even if minor is travelling with both parents. NOC must be on 100Rs stamp paper with photos of parents and applicant & notarized.
- If Child is student then required Student ID copy
- The travel date should be after 15 working days from the date of submission.
- Hotel Booking as per travel date
- Ticket Itenary
- Old Passport is lost required FIR copy
- Aadhar Card and Pan Card copy
