General list of Documents Required for Italy visa 

• Original passport valid at least for 06 months beyond your return date + Old Passports
• 02 Colour photo ( New ), 35mm x 45mm , white background,Matte Finish 80% face
• Covering letter on A4 size paper name and passport info of applicants, purpose of traveling, travel dates and who will borne all expenses during the trip,
• Personal Original Bank Statement of the applicant for last 06 months ,It should be updated till most current date at time of application  along with bank seal, with a sufficient balance.
• Hotel Confirmation for all nights 
• Flight Tickets or Itinerary
• In case of self employed also attach company registration copy company ITR and company bank statement of 6 months 
• Travel Insurance for a minimum coverage value of usd 50,000 each must be issued for 15 days beyond returning to India date  (We Offer 25 % Discount)
• Leave approval from employer with Seal,
• School bonafide certificate for any children applying for visa 
• Credit card copy front and back and latest month statement of credit card account or Original forex purchased receipt

 Italy Business Visa Checklist (Schengen Type C)

1. Visa Application Form

• Fully filled and signed Schengen visa application form

• Download from Italy Visa Application Form

2. Passport

• Original passport (valid for at least 3 months after return date)

• Must have 2 blank pages for visa

• Include copies of all previous visas and entry/exit stamps

3. Photographs

• 2 recent passport-size photographs

• White background, 35x45 mm, matte finish, not older than 3 months

4. Cover Letter

• From the applicant, stating purpose of visit, duration, and itinerary

• Addressed to the Consulate General of Italy

5. Invitation Letter

• From the Italian company/organization

• Must include business details, invitee's name, purpose, duration, and who bears expenses

• Should be on official letterhead, dated, signed, and stamped

6. Company Documents (Indian Company)

• Business Cover Letter on company letterhead

• GST Certificate / Company Registration (ROC)

• Last 3 months’ salary slips (if employed)

• Leave approval letter from employer (if applicable)

7. Financial Proof

• Personal and/or company bank statements (last 3-6 months)

• Income Tax Returns (last 2 years)

• Company balance sheet (if self-employed)

8. Travel & Accommodation

• Flight reservation (round-trip)

• Hotel booking or accommodation details in Italy

• Day-wise travel itinerary

9. Travel Insurance

• Valid in all Schengen countries

• Minimum coverage of EUR 30,000

• Covering medical emergencies, hospitalization, and repatriation

10. Proof of Civil Status

• Aadhaar Card / Marriage certificate / Birth certificate, if applicable
